Which CRMs does OSI IDX integrate with?

OSI IDX connects with Follow Up Boss, Wise Agent, and many other popular real estate CRMs through Zapier. If you don’t see your CRM listed, contact our team — we can usually add a Zapier-based connection even if it isn’t part of our standard integration list.

What data gets synced to my CRM?

Once connected, your CRM automatically receives new contacts, showing requests, home valuation (“What’s My Home Worth?”) submissions, buyer registrations, saved searches, favorited properties, and a record of every listing a registered buyer views. This means your leads and their activity show up in your CRM without any manual data entry.

How much does CRM integration cost?

There are two ways to set it up. Most clients choose our one-time $50 setup fee, where our team configures the Zapier connection for you — no Zapier subscription required on your end. Alternatively, you can connect your own Zapier Pro account (roughly $20/month from Zapier) and set up the integration yourself at no additional cost from us.

How long does setup take?

Most CRM integrations go live the same business day — occasionally next-day if the request comes in outside our support hours (9am–4pm CT, M-F).

Can I switch CRMs later?

Yes. We can reconnect your IDX website to a different CRM at any time. This is one of the great reasons to not have an all-in-one website with a CRM.
