Yes. OSI IDX doesn’t lock you into a proprietary CRM – leads captured on your site sync to whatever CRM you already use.
Does OSI IDX pull listings directly from CTXMLS, or through a third party?
Directly from the CTXMLS feed – no third-party data layer in between, and no delay beyond the 10-minute refresh cycle.
Central Texas MLS (CTXMLS) was formed on January 1, 2017, through the merger of the Temple-Belton, Williamson County, and Four Rivers Associations of REALTORS®, with the Victoria Area and Fort Hood Area Associations joining shortly after as the MLS’s fifth and final shareholder partners. Today CTXMLS serves more than 7,700 members across Bell, Coryell, Lampasas, Milam, Williamson, Comal, Guadalupe, Hays, Caldwell, Gonzales, Blanco, and Wilson counties – a broad crescent of Central Texas stretching from Fort Cavazos and Killeen through Georgetown and Round Rock, down to New Braunfels and Victoria. As a broker-focused, regional consolidated MLS built to reduce duplicate fees and fragmented data across five formerly separate associations, CTXMLS gives agents a single, unified database covering one of the fastest-growing corridors in the state.
