NoCoast MLS is a unified, single-subscription MLS system created by Iowa REALTORS® (the Iowa Association of REALTORS®) to bring multiple local boards together under one shared database. The system currently draws listings from the territory historically served by the Heart of Iowa and Mid-Iowa Regional boards – both of which merged administratively into the Central Iowa Board of REALTORS® in 2023 and January 2025, though the listings and coverage area they originally contributed remain part of NoCoast MLS specifically – along with the North Central Iowa board based in Clear Lake. Together, that gives your NoCoast MLS IDX website reach across Central Iowa and the Mason City/Clear Lake area of North Central Iowa, all through a single data feed.
