Central Panhandle Association of REALTORS® (CPAR) traces its roots to 1925, when it was founded as the Bay County Association of REALTORS® – making it one of the longest-standing REALTOR® associations in the Florida Panhandle, with a century of service to the region. Following a 2017 merger with the Chipola Area Board of REALTORS®, the association took on its current name and expanded its footprint to six counties: Bay, Calhoun, Washington, Holmes, Jackson, and Liberty. Today CPAR represents roughly 2,500 REALTOR® members and 272 affiliated Power Partners, operating as the MLS of record for Northwest Florida – covering everything from Panama City’s beach and condo market to the rural communities stretching toward the Alabama border.
