An IDX (Internet Data Exchange) website pulls active MLS listings onto your own site, so buyers can search homes without leaving your brand for Zillow or Realtor.com. When comparing providers, the details that matter most are:

• Total monthly cost, including the MLS or IDX feed fee, which many providers list separately
• Who builds the site: you, a designer you hire, or the provider’s own design team
• Listing freshness: how often new listings, price changes and photos update
• CRM flexibility: whether you can connect the CRM you already use, and whether that costs extra
• SEO: whether listing pages are indexable on your own domain
• Contract terms and setup fees
